  • Certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) include Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying, Successful Subrogation I Course and RRRP - Lead-Based Paint Activities and Renovation.
  • He is a Council-Certified Microbial Remediator through the American Indoor Air Quality Council.
  • Randy lives in Spring Lake with his wife, Kim, and fur baby Stella. He enjoys riding his motorcycle, boating and spending time with family and friends.

Kim Mulder

CFO

  • Kim is the CFO at SERVPRO of Muskegon and has been with SERVPRO since 2007.
  • Certifications include the SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program.
  • Kim lives in Spring Lake with her husband, Randy, and fur baby, Stella. She is also the Broker of élan Realty Lakeshore, enjoys boating, and spending time with friends and family on the lake.

Operations Manager

  • Chad has been with SERVPRO of Muskegon since February 2005. He has held many positions including production technician, estimator, production coordinator and now Operations Manager. Because of this experience, he brings strong leadership and work ethic to his team. 
  • Certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) include Journeyman Fire & Smoke Restorer, Journeyman Textile Cleaner, Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Odor Control and Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician, RRRP - Lead-Based Paint Activities and Renovation and Successful Subrogation I Course. 
  • He lives in Bridgeton on the Muskegon River with his wife and children and enjoys all sports and outdoor activities.

Stacey Van Eck

Office Manager

  • Stacey has been with the SERVPRO of Muskegon family since December 2009.
  • She has completed the SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program.
  • Stacey is the head of the Human Resources and Payroll Departments.
  • She is a Grand Valley State University graduate and lives in Hudsonville with her husband & twins. She enjoys boating and photography.

Colleen Gibson

Marketing Manager

  • Colleen Gibson has been with SERVPRO of Muskegon since September of 2011.
  • While working at SERVPRO, she has been very active with community events such as the Muskegon County Fire Prevention committee for the Sportsmen for Youth event and local Fire Prevention Open House events.
  • Colleen is the Vice President of the Muskegon Adjuster's Association (who has donated over $150,000 to local charities over the past 25 years), a Muskegon Lakeshore Chamber Ambassador committee member, and volunteers at events when needed. Colleen is also the proud recipient of the 2021 Ambassador of Year Award.
  • She is married with two adult children and two fur babies. She lives in Twin Lake and enjoys spending time on the water and at the beach, traveling, golfing, and bowling.

Danielle Hoekwater

  • Danielle has been with the SERVPRO of Muskegon family since June 2013.
  • She is IICRC certified and has completed the SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program.
  • Danielle started as our Customer Service Representative and was promoted to CFO in June 2023.  
  • She lives in Norton Shores with her husband and two daughters. She is an equestrian, 4H leader, and has shown horses for many years.

Mandy Sosnoski

Customer Service Representative

  • Mandy joined the SERVPRO of Muskegon team in May 2023 with prior experience in the restoration industry.
  • She is IICRC certified in Water Restoration and brings knowledge and experience of restoration to her current position, which include estimating, customer service management, as well as project management for reconstruction.
  • Mandy lives in Norton Shores with her husband and two children.  She enjoys spending time with her family, antique shopping, and advocating for children and teens on the Autism Spectrum.

Antany Cloud

Crew Chief

  • Antany has been with SERVPRO of Muskegon since June 2018.
  • He brings with him a Restoration background from Florida and specializes in commercial and residential mold remediation. Antany is the tallest member of our crew making him an excellent ceiling specialist on tear outs and cleanings.
  • Certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) include Water Damage Restoration Technician and Successful Subrogation I course, and the SERVPRO Employee Certification Program (ECTP).
  • We can always count on Antany when after-hours emergencies arise.
  • Antany lives in Muskegon and enjoys his relaxation time when not working.

Dave Stratton

  • Dave is skilled in Mold Remediation and Water Restoration with SERVPRO of Muskegon since June 2007 and was promoted to Crew Chief in February 2021.
  • Certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) include Water Damage Restoration Technician and Successful Subrogation I Course.
  • Dave has been involved and led numerous large loss projects in commercial facilities.
  • He lives in Muskegon with his wife and four children and loves ALL Hunting Activities.

Anthony Jesko

Crew Chief

  • Anthony joined SERVPRO of Muskegon in December 2019 and was promoted to Crew Chief April 1, 2021.
  • He has successfully completed the SERVPRO HeroReady Production Technician learning path and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration Technician.
  • In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Anthony was part of a team in charge of large commercial decontamination projects including nursing homes, manufacturing facilities and local municipalities.
  • He lives in Coopersville, and when not working, he enjoys basketball, fishing, and kayaking.

Kris Davros

Certified Technician

  • Kris has been with SERVPRO of Muskegon since November 2016
  • He is an IICRC Certified Water Technician at and has completed Successful Subrogation I course.
  • Kris has exceptional customer service skills and is a key after-hours water mitigation specialist logging in more hours than any other technician.
  • He lives near Pier Marquette beach and enjoys good conversation, the beach and is a sports and outdoor enthusiast.

  • Kim has been with SERVPRO of Muskegon since May 2018.

  • Kim specializes in fire restoration and has also been involved with several residential water mitigation's and residential mold losses.
  • She lives in Muskegon with her three children and when not hanging out spending quality time with them, she enjoys playing hockey.

Alan (AJ) Sanger

  • AJ joined the SERVPRO of Muskegon team July 2020.

  • AJ has worked on numerous types and sizes of projects. He is eager to learn new skills, and is always one of the first ones in the parking lot every morning.
  • He is a huge sports fan and a proud single dad of three. Outside of work he enjoys fishing, hunting, and restoring vehicles.

Perry Aquino

  • Perry joined the SERVPRO of Muskegon team in April 2021.

  • Perry has 11 years of experience in restoration and comes to us from San Diego, California.  He is the definition of a hard worker, earning Employee of the Month in the first three months of being part of our team.
  • He was born in the Philippines and in his spare time enjoys kayaking and hanging out with his rescue dog.

Justice Gruppen

  • Justice joined the SERVPRO of Muskegon team in February 2022.
  • He has successfully completed the SERVPRO HeroReady Production Technician learning path.
  • Prior to SERVPRO, Justice spent seven years moving and setting mobile homes.
  • He is very detail oriented and excels in our packout jobs with record keeping.
  • Justice gets along with everyone.  He's quiet and reserved, but tells good stories.
  • In his spare time he enjoys painting and playing video games.

Liam Stephens

  • Liam joined the SERVPRO of Muskegon team in October 2022 with previous remediation experience.
  • He has successfully completed the SERVPRO HeroReady Production learning path.
  • Liam has a happy-go-lucky attitude, is willing to do anything asked of him, and is eager to learn.
  • His current specialty is water damage restoration and demolition.
  • Liam moved here from Vegas with his girlfriend and when he's not working, he's taking care of his twin baby girls.

  • Bobbie joined the SERVPRO of Muskegon family in September 2018, bringing 10 years of restoration experience.
  • She has excellent organizational skills as well as a positive approach to everything she does.
  • Bobbie lives in Muskegon and is a grandmother who loves to cook and watch her grandson play soccer.

  • Bill has been with SERVPRO of Muskegon since June 2018.
  • He has successfully completed the SERVPRO Employee Certification Program (ECTP) and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration Technician and Successful Subrogation I course.
  • Bill played a big part in our commercial mold remediation jobs as well as several other aspects of cleaning and restoration. With his promotion in October 2020, he now also holds the title of Job File Coordinator.
  • He lives in North Muskegon with his wife and two kids. He enjoys sports, video games, and comic books.

Jerry Mead

  • Jerry joined the SERVPRO of Muskegon team in May 2023 with prior experience in the auto sales industry and as a buyer.
  • He brings both customer service and sales experience to his current position.
  • Jerry is very active in his community as a Little League Baseball and Flag Football coach for his son's team.
  • He is a huge sports fan and love all Michigan teams, especially the Michigan Wolverines.
  • Jerry lives in Muskegon with his wife, beautiful daughter, and son.

  • Stella has been the personal greeter of SERVPRO of Muskegon since November 2011.
  • She is not only a great judge of character, which makes her an excellent protector of the office, but she is sure to put a smile on your face no matter what kind of day you are having.
  • Stella lives in Spring Lake with her human parents, Randy and Kim, and loves long walks on the beach.
